Ordering with Belles Familles can be done either through the website or over the telephone if you would rather talk to me to discuss product choices/colours/sizes or if you are not comfortable or confident using the internet to place your order. Please phone me on 02 9684 6605.
 
If I am not in the office the business number is diverted to my mobile. I am usually available but there are some exceptions. I have message bank so please leave a message if I don't answer and I will call you back as soon as I am free to!
 

Payment

 

Orders completed at www.bellesfamilles.com.au and via mail order are processed through a secure 128 bit SSL encryption provided through eWay.
 
I accept payment online by MasterCard, Visa and AMEX. PLEASE CLICK ONCE WHEN YOU ARE PAYING AND WAIT FOR THE PAYMENT TO PROCESS (see note below re double clicks **).

If you would rather give your order and credit card details to me directly I am also more than happy to process the order and payment on your behalf.
 
I also accept Direct Deposit as payment for orders and I will email you my bank account details on receipt of your order. If a bank cheques or money order is your only means of payment, they can be mailed to me. Meet @ the Mall (for very limited areas in Sydney Metro) has the added option of cash for your purchases.

 

Goods paid for by direct deposit, money order or bank cheque will not be dispatched until payment has cleared with the bank.
 
If you are a person who likes to 'touch and feel' goods before making a decision or you want to see the actual colour of something, let me know and I will see what can be arranged.


 

Delivery Times & Charges

 

Most orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post, and estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days from receipt of the order (as per Australia Post posting guidelines).
 
If there are any problems with stock or expected delays or your order includes a special order item, I will contact you. Special order items, where indicated, are ordered from the supplier once an order has been received (and paid for) from you and therefore may experience slightly longer delays. Postal charges listed are an average cost of packages posted. Post code, weight and cubic measurements are all factors in the cost of an individual parcel postage. It is not always possible to calculate the exact charge and there is an occasion where additional postage may need to be 'purchased'.
 
Postage prices include suitable packaging for your chosen purchase, whether it be a posting satchel, a tough or padded bag or box. If I know I can post your item for less than you paid I will let you know. Most of my orders are sent in a pre-paid satchel and the postal charges are what the Post Office charge me for a bag. My prices are, for the most part, not inflated in anyway.

International orders, larger items and orders over 3kg are measured on the cubic weight. I will contact you to confirm payment before your order is despatched. I can occasionally absorb some of the extra postage but in some instances it may be necessary for you to purchase extra postage.
 

 
Fastway Couriers
A great, usually overnight, door to door delivery option. Fastway do not deliver to Post Office Boxes. You have to provide me with a physical address.

Fastway Satchels - an A2 size satchel that can be sent to major capital cities for orders up to 5kg.

"Meet @ The Mall"

What's this option? Meet @ the Mall is me doing what I can to save you a freight charge. I have a schedule below telling you where I am and when, if that works in with your schedule then great, let's save you some freight and (try to) meet up!

I am happy to try to arrange a “Meet @ The Mall” and meet you to deliver your order as an alternative to posting but you MUST email me first and please be aware meeting up may not always be immediately possible. If your goods are needed by a particular date I would encourage you to please select a postage or freight option.
 
This is my regular weekly routine:
 
Monday and Tuesday mornings - I am always in the Gladesville area between about 9am and 10.00am.
Every week day during term time I am at North Ryde (Cressy Rd/Blenheim Rd Shops) around 12.30 and again at 3.30pm.
Friday morning - I am at Epping after 10.30am until 11am.
 
There are some local shops I visit as well. Email me or call me before placing your order and ask me if you think I can help you with this. Please don't 'assume' this option when placing your order.
 


**Double Clicks on Credit Card Payments...
This sounds very harsh and it isn't meant to but I am a business not a charity. If you click more than once (or multiple times) whilst a credit card payment is processing your card WILL be charged however many times you have clicked. You will be refunded the over payments via Direct Deposit to your bank account. This is done once your payment has shown up in the business bank account. If you insist the charges be reversed to your credit card, the fees I incurr from the gateway and the bank will be deducted from your refund. The fees are usually about $1.25. Amex is the exception. Amex fees are 4% of the sale AND 4% of the refund. If you have clicked more than once and used Amex to pay, your refund will be discussed and agreed to before the sale is refunded. For a sale I absorb and accept these fees as a normal part of running a business. I offer the convenience of credit card payments. Where the error is on your part you shouldn't expect me to accept responsibility.

 

Privacy & Pricing Policy
 

Belles Familles respects your privacy and will keep all of your personal details secure and confidential. Any information you submit is only used in order to process your order. Your personal details will not be sold, exchanged, or disclosed unless required by law.

 

All prices displayed at www.bellesfamilles.com.au are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Goods & Services Tax (G.S.T). Belles Familles reserves the rights to change pricing at my discretion and without notice.

 


Images and content of the website
Images displayed on my website have been provided to me by the suppliers or I have their permission to photograph their product. This is so I can show you, the customer, the product before you purchase it. No images maybe removed from the website for use on blogs, Facebook, Twitter or any similar website. If there is an image you would like please respect the individual whos work you are stealing. If you would like to use an image please contact me outlining which image you would like and I will pass your request on to the appropriate person. If you have or do remove/d an image from the website without permission from the owner you have breeched copywrite laws and this is an issue now between them and you.


Exchange/Refund Policy

 

Where possible if you are unsure before placing an order please talk to me, I know how hard it is to purchase something sight unseen. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me by phone on +61 2 9684 6605 or e-mail at enquiry@bellesfamilles.com.au as soon as you receive your parcel if you would like to return or exchange something. I will organise for you to return the product(s) for either a credit note or exchange.

 

Please note: All product(s) must be returned within seven days of receipt, they must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from any credit notes where the product(s) returned are not faulty. Freight is not refundable and return freight is at the expense of you the customer. Product(s) offered on sale are not returnable unless faulty. This type of sale is considered final. Product(s) will not be refunded or exchanged for "change of mind".
 
Belles Familles can not be held responsible for accident or injury sustained while using product(s) purchased from the store. Products come with appropriate warnings and it is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to adhere to these warnings which include leaving children unattended while using/wearing/playing with purchased item. Belles Familles is guided by the manufacturers guidelines and displays their recommended warning where/as they see fit.
