Exchange/Refund Policy

Where possible, if you are unsure before placing an order please talk to me, I know how hard it is to purchase something sight unseen. I am a real person, an online shopper myself and I know how I can dither and hesitate like the best of them. I'd love to be able to send someone an email to make sure the place I am dealing with is real and I can ask questions of a real person who understands that I might be a bit cautious.

I'd hate you to be unhappy with your purchase, but if you are please contact me by phone on +61 2 9975 4414 or e-mail at enquiry@bellesfamilles.com.au as soon as you receive your parcel. Let's find out what the problem is and see how it can be resolved. I do my best to describe products as accurately as I can using my own words or those of the manufacturer or supplier.

If there is no way we can come to an agreement I will organise for you to return the product(s) for either a credit note or exchange.
 
Please note:

All product(s) must be returned within seven days of receipt, they must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with tags attached. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from any credit notes where the product(s) returned are not faulty.

Where the full price of the product is requested to be refunded resulting in no sale for Belles Familles, any banking charge(s) for credit card payment(s) both successful and any declined will be deducted from the refund total. All refund(s) are to a bank account only. Any refund(s) to a credit card will incur a transaction reversal charge as Belles Familles is charged by the bank. Any credit card reversal can not happen until the original sale funds have appeared in the Belles Familles bank account. This can take up to 3 business days.

Freight is not refundable and freight for the return of product(s) is at the expense of you, the customer.  Any goods returned to Belles Familles must be adequately packaged and with adequate postage and/or insurance.

Product(s) offered on sale are not returnable unless faulty. This type of sale is considered final.

Product(s) will not be refunded or exchanged for "change of mind".

Refund(s) are a last resort and are not refunded to a credit card, they are by direct deposit only.


Privacy Policy
 
Belles Familles respects your privacy and will keep all of your personal details secure and confidential. Any information you submit is only used in order to process your order. Your personal details will not be sold, exchanged, or disclosed unless required by law.

Belles Familles can not be held responsible for accident or injury sustained while using product(s) purchased from the store. Products come with appropriate warnings and it is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to adhere to these warnings which include leaving children unattended while using/wearing/playing with purchased item. Belles Familles is guided by the manufacturers guidelines and displays their recommended warning where/as they see fit.

Pricing 

All prices displayed at www.bellesfamilles.com.au are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Goods & Services Tax (G.S.T). Belles Familles reserves the rights to change pricing at their discretion and without notice. International deliveries are exempt Australian GST charges and the end price is indicated at the checkout screen.

Images and content of the website

Images displayed on my website have been provided to Belles Familles by the suppliers of the product. The text that is written for the product is my own words in most cases and is not permissable for republication. This is so I can show and describe to you, the customer, the product before you purchase it. No images or text may be removed from the website for use on blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest or any similar website.

If there is an image you would like please respect the individual whos work you are stealing. If you would like to use an image please contact me outlining which image you would like and I will pass your request on to the appropriate person. If you have or do remove/d an image from the website without permission from the owner, it is theft. You are in breech of copywrite laws and this is an issue now (legal in some cases) between the owner of the image/product and yourself.

Linking from a blog directly to a product on the Belles Familles website is permissible.
